Cancellation Policy

Spa Policies At House of Iwa, our goal is to provide every guest with a relaxing, luxurious, and personalized experience. To ensure the comfort of all clients and allow us to provide the highest level of service, we kindly ask that you review our policies before your appointment. Appointment Policy Appointments can be booked online or by contacting the spa directly through our contact page. Services are prepaid at time of booking, we are a cashless business. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork and begin your experience feeling relaxed. Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service so we can remain on schedule for the next guest. Full-service charges will still apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly request 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations and no-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service. We understand that emergencies happen and will always do our best to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. Late Arrival Policy If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule your appointment depending on availability. No-Show Policy Health & Safety Please inform us prior to your appointment if you have: Allergies or sensitivities Recent scalp procedures Open cuts, sores, or infections Contagious skin conditions Recent hair transplant surgery Medical conditions affecting the scalp Pregnancy (if applicable) For your safety, we reserve the right to modify or decline treatment if it is not appropriate at the time of your appointment.
